We accept online job applications and we take all jobseekers through a structured recruitment process. The following steps will give you a good idea of what to expect.


We do accept application from our career site


Your application will be assessed by our Human Resources Department and if you successfully match the job requirements, your application will then be forwarded to our HR team for review.

The HR team will evaluate your profile, assess your answers to the job-specific questions and review your CV to determine whether your skills and experience match the job profile and requirements. A short list of candidates is created for the next step.


If your application is shortlisted, your profile and details will be reviewed by the Line Manager (the person who will eventually manage or supervise the successful candidate). The Line Manager will gauge the technical skills and specific experience for the role and with the recruitment team selects the candidates who will be contacted for interview.

Interviews & Final Selection Process

Our HR team will contact shortlisted applicants to arrange an initial interview, which will be either face-to-face or by telephone, depending on the candidate's location.

Employment Offer and Joining Process

If you are successful at this stage, you will receive a formal offer of employment from us. On your written acceptance of the role, we start to co-ordinate your onboarding process with you. Relocating from one country to another is a time-consuming process, so we work hard to make sure joining Vasuda Group is as simple as possible. This includes arranging the required visas and assisting with any other formalities required under local labour law.

Performance Management & Training

Our performance management process encourages timely fact-based feedback and promotes regular opportunities to discuss development. We provide on-going training and development opportunities through formal programs, coaching, mentoring and on the-job experiences. Each group has its own policy on training, aligned to local needs and labor laws. In addition, we provide global training programs in a variety of areas, such as people management and leadership.


We consider information-sharing and open communication essential to achieving our goals. All employees have the right and are encouraged to actively communicate with managers and colleagues through an open dialogue culture. Regular two-way communication, coaching and feedback are also a vital to our feedback and performance culture.
